Fact or Fiction - Crafty Chinese leaders have had a master plan in place since the early 1990's to dominate the world by 2017 without use of force (until the very end). The plan centers around the exploitation of individual and organizational greed that has become innate to the capitolist controlled, predominantly "Western", democracies. The first step of the plan was to lure international corporations to China through lucrative joint-ventures that enriched the CEO's and Shareholders through the exploitation of inexpensive Chinese labor, including the vaste capacity of forced labor curtousy of the Chinese prison system, hugely undervalued raw materials, non-existant environemental protection costs, low taxes, no workplace health and safety costs, super-low energy costs accomplished through use of dirty coal fired electrical generating plants, "anti-litigation" policies that favor corporations and governement - it goes on and on. It gets to the point, approximately where we are now, where A CEO, who is mandated to produce as much profit as possible, must transfer manufacturing requirements to China. Most multinational companies have transferred at least a portion of there manufacturing to brand new plants located in China. Along with those plants go the manufacturing might of the West and its many of its technological advantages. What comes next is consolidation in China, shutdowns of plants all over the world, except in China, of course. The purchase of the plants that were shutdown by the Chinese. The dismantling of the plants, and shipment of materials to China where it can be successfully recycled. In other words, the removal of the manufacturing plants themselves, not just "mothballed", and the control of the land where once the plants resided. This is and will be something that repeats itself around the world. The average western economy is drained of capitol and capacity. Only once China owns all of the capitol can it finally allow the system to collapse wordwide. Most first world countries become near 3rd world over-night. Military muscle is flexed. What a mistake that is. 1 Billion Chinese storm across borders in the latest military equipment with an army that could actually reach well over 1/4 of a Billion troops! How is that for "a surge"? Mostly though, governments and nations will fall without a fight and after just the correct amount of poverty and starvation, the benevolent hand of mother China will appear with some chance of hope for the future. By-the-way, before this happens, "the rich" dissapear around the world. Much of their money is found to be willed to various international organizations that, in the end, are arms of the Chinese government. Now everyone gets to go back to work. They receive food. The ones that prosper are the ones who embrace the new communist world government that makes a concession - the new international language is to be English, not Mandarin or Cantonese - but all who are "in the know" also know what language the people who matter speak and write. Its not English.
